Modern Build Construction (MBC) is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Arizona that is bonded and insured specializing in Design and Installation of Structural Insulated Panels (SIP's) for Residential and Commercial Buildings.  Structural Insulated panels (SIPs) are a high-performance building system for residential and light commercial construction. The panels consist of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural facings, typically oriented strand board (OSB).  SIPs are manufactured under factory controlled conditions and can be fabricated to fit nearly any building design. The result is a building system that is extremely strong, energy-efficient and cost-effective. MBC is a member of Structural Insulated Panel Association (SIPA) and has designation of a Master Builder through SIPA.

MBC also has the ability to build conventional framed homes and provides custom home remodeling.  MBC is owned and operated by Pete Maguire and he has been operating MBC since 2018 and is a member of the National Home Builders Association (NHBA) and Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.  Pete is also the Owner/Broker of Maguire Realty since 2004 and is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Phoenix Association of Realtors (PAR) and a Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI).
