We have known and worked with Pete Maguire for close to twenty years. During those years, we have seen some of his jobs before he has started a renovation and then again after they’re completed. A few years ago, we toured a single-family house in Scottsdale that was pretty much a tear-down. He gutted the interior and transformed it into a modern beautiful three-bedroom home.

No detail is too small for Pete. He has remodeled two of our personal homes, one located in Sun Lakes and the other in Phoenix. This was done while we were in Minnesota. We gave him ideas on what we wanted done and he took it from there. No decision was made without our input. He suggested various options regarding walls being moved or removed, lighting, paint colors, countertops, etc. and we made the final decisions. We couldn’t find one area where we were disappointed in his workmanship. If we were to buy or build another house, Pete would be the person to do it.

With no hesitation, we would recommend Pete for any remodeling or new construction project.
